Founded in 1946, the 100 Club of Oakland (now the 100 Club - East Bay) was established with a clear and enduring purpose:
to promote and encourage the highest standards of civic betterment in our community, and to foster the participation of outstanding individuals in civic affairs.
From its earliest days, the Club has brought together leaders who share a commitment to strengthening the East Bay community through service, philanthropy, and fellowship. Membership in the 100 Club is both an honor and a responsibility — each member contributes to a tradition of civic stewardship that has defined the organization for more than seven decades.
The 100 Club - East Bay is led by a dedicated Board of Directors whose commitment, experience, and civic leadership guide the mission and values of our organization.
